So your about to embark on a wonderful experience, but your a little unsure on how it all comes together right? well you've come to the right page. I'll step by step guide you through the experience.

The first decision is which campervan do you want to hire and is it available?

Once you have chosen your campervan and dates please take the time to read through our T&C's prior to booking to streamline our service to you.

Okay so your dream campervan is available, hit the 'Book Now' button to be taken to our Booking Form, a few basic details need to be entered onto the form and then payment is taken through our secure payment system.

Once payment is taken you will receive an email for the Insurance form, click the link on the email (Insurance Form) to be re-directed back to our secure website where you'll be asked for some details you may need to find first!

• National Insurance Number

• Uk Drivers License Number

 

We need your NI number to be able to check/view your drivers license for our insurance reasons. Please be aware if you have any points on your license there will be extra charges to be taken, If you feel uncomfortable with doing this you can get a 'one time access code' yourself and send to us so we can check you license details are all correct.

 

To do this yourself 

 

After completing the Insurance Form, and we have checked your drivers license, your campervan is Booked!

Prior to setting off on your travels to collect the campervan, please make sure you have the following documents with you, If not we can't allow you to hire the camper. 

You'll need

• Two utility bills (address matching hires drivers license) 

• Credit/Debt card 

• Hires Drivers License

We need to hold details of the Credit/Debit card for duration of the hire for ​security deposit reasons, no monies shall be taken unless returned damaged or loss of itinerary. If preferred a bank transfer can be arranged prior to the hire to be refunded on safe return.

On collection day we'll take you on a tour around the camper to familiarise yourself with everything on offer, If you wish to have a test drive first, you can just ask. Returning the camper please make sure all itinerary is in place and still enough fuel to reach the services as it was on collection.
