Online Store Postage/Returns
We hope you are happy with your order, but we do understand that sometimes you may wish to return an item.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be returned within 14 days of receipt. The returned item must in the same new unused condition as sent. Used or items damaged by customer cannot be refunded or exchanged. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To complete your return, we require invoice for the proof of purchase.
Once we have received your returned item, we will notify you via email.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

To return your product, you should mail your product to the above address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
