Vehicles should arrive with minimal interior as possible, although we can remove/replace as required at extra cost of £35 per hour. All works shall be agreed prior to the first installment by filling in the Order Form at this point an invoice shall be raised for the full amount with breakdown of services and costs. Once the Initial Deposit is received a contract with Sunset Camper Cornwall is binding to these terms and conditions.

An Initial Deposit of £500 payment is required when booking onto our schedule here at Sunset Campers. This is to secure the order of the pop top prior to delivery to Sunset campers. Should you need to postpone your booking start date, you will not lose the deposit payment if rebooked to a further date only if cancelled.

50% of the remaining payment is required 10 working days prior to any works commencing on a client’s vehicle, taking into account the initial deposit payment already received. This is to allow the ordering of all components needed ahead of a scheduled build, to ensure all products are on the shop floor ahead of any vehicles arriving with us. (Please note that no work will commence on your vehicle until the initial 50% payment is received).

The Final 50% outstanding balance is to be paid on completion and after inspection/handover on the collection date. However all remaining funds have to be cleared with Sunset Campers before we allow any vehicle to leave our premises.
